LOOKING BACK

This website was created prior to our 50th reunion in 2013.  The primary purpose was to serve as an information source about the reunion and to hope that rekindling old memories would generate interest to attend the reunion in 2013.  As time passed, the site gradually expanded in the type of information that was presented and evolved into a repository for anything about the Class of '63, and today serves as the single source for information about our class.  Within the pages and pictures in the site, one can gain a sense of the growth of ourselves and what we have done with our lives.  More importantly, the feeling and spirit we had in school created a sense of "oneness" that is called "ohana" today, is still very much in evidence today.  We hope you continue to use this as an important source of your formative years and to answer your grandchildren's questions about what school was like in our day.

Purpose

The purpose of this site is to provide members of the Class of 1963 with a centralized location filled with information that will rekindle past memories and experiences.  We also hope that this site will provide a communication vehicle to re-establish contact with each other.  We welcome anyone who wants to contribute pictures or other documents to incorporate into this website because it belongs to all of us.  Contact the Site Administrator if you have contributions to share with the Class of 1963.

All comments and suggestions to improve the site are invited and encouraged.  Additionally, anyone who wants to help in the development and maintenance of this site will be welcomed with open arms.  This site is considered a "work in progress" and reflects the work of non-professionals in website development, editing, and composition.
